I've got four tractor restoration projects underway and I'll list them in the 'reverse order' of (what I think) is complexity. . . 1. 1977 Case 464 Loader (well. . . . It isn't really a tractor but it's got tractor tires, Ok?). Found out (the hard way) that Case didn't really make it but a company named 'Ingersol Equipment' (not to be confused with Ingersol Rand) oem'd the thing to Case. Anyway it's kind of fun. At least the thing runs and am rebuilding and painting the thing from the rear forward. 2. Year ???? A John Deere 3 cyl diesel Model 350 (I think) track dozer. . . This thing needs some engine and hyd. work. . Could get expensive. . But it fits on a small trailer that can be pulled behind a 3/4 ton pickup. Coupled with the little loader (above) which can barely fit inside the bed of the pickup and I hope to have a small team. 3. 1954 Ford Tractor. . . This thing has an emblem on it's nose saying 'Golden Jubilee Special'. . . . Actually this thing runs great. . Just needs some cleaning up and a paint job. Would like to know if anybody else has one. . . Would love to know the specs on this thing. . . . 4. This is the BIGGIE. . . . I've also got an old Fordson tractor. Am guessing this was built between 1915-1925. It has the metal wheels with cleats a BIG wheel for a power take off belt, and LOTs of RUST. Obvious this tractor isn't running. But the engine looks a lot like the 1928 Model 'T' 1 ton delivery truck I also own (which does run GREAT). Am thinking (and hoping) I can use the skills I learned with the Model 'T' to get this Fordson back on the farm again.
