Three Transmissions in 100 Hours

My dad had bought a 1953 or '54 Ford Jubilee, off of a farm. It needed new hydraulics so we put in a piston pump, instead of the vian pump. But anyway our next door neighbor used it for discing and jamed it in 3rd and reverse, well he called out the tractor shop in town and they sent out a guy to take a look at it. he pulled off the cover put his screw driver in it and pried it apart put the cover on pushed in the clutch soposedly put it in neutral started it up went to let out on the clucth and the tractor went to take off so he pushed in the clutch thought for a minute and let out the clucth agine, and when he did this there was a big bang and then he drove it forward and then put it in reverse and said it was ok. As you can see we don't use the tractor very much but when we do we want it to work, and it usely does. Well about three months later my dad went to go disc and found out there was no third gear!! so we took the tractor in to get it fixed and got it back and used it for a little while then took it up to his ranch to fix roads up their and as he was scraping he busted reverse so we took it back to get it fixed this was the second time we had it fixed! we got it back and used it for a little while then winter came and it was time to scarpe horse %#% and I was take a load out and some of the #% had stuck to the scarper so I pushed in the clutch and moved the hydralic lever up and down and when I did this the tractor bounced up and down to! and my foot sliped off the clutch just for a second and there was aloud ping and when I put it in first and drove up to the front were we could get it with a jeep or some thing small to get thought the gates there was a clicking noise and so we had to get it rebuilt agine this time though we didi it our selfs ' we had some one else rebuild the transmission' but we did every thing else like get a new case and gears one gear that we had to get was 600 dollars and there wher only two in america but we are just getting the tractor back to gather now, so this concludes our little storie.
