Selling a Gravely

It is something you just don't want to do-sell a project. You can't find or afford the parts needed to repair it, and it would be too much of a hassle to repair. That is normally the reason for selling an artifact of farmings past. Selling the machine is normally a last resort-some people just can't sell it, for whatever reason, money, memories, friendships, the fear of giving up on it. Sometimes, classic tractors just have no place in your life, and you either have to sell or send it to a junkyard. That's what happened to me. My gravely 818T was just too expensive and time consuming to work with. Parts were going to have to be machined, And I don't have the ability or machinery to do so, and parts were just so hard to find. Selling is the only option for me. this was going to be the first restoration project of a 800 series tractor that I have ever done. I will just have to find another project. Parting is such sweet sorrow, but it is the only option for me. Let this be a lesson, don't give up on a tractor that is worth saving. I just hope I can find a good home for mine.
